Appointment Policy
Elive Clinics — Dubai, United Arab Emirates
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Appointment Policy is designed to ensure efficient scheduling, minimize disruptions, and allow Elive Clinics to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Booking an Appointment
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person at the clinic. Providing accurate contact information is required to secure your booking and receive appointment confirmations or updates.
Certain treatments may require a prior consultation before a procedure can be scheduled.
3. Consultation Requirement
For many aesthetic and medical services, an initial consultation is necessary to assess suitability, discuss expectations, and develop a personalized treatment plan. Treatment will only proceed once clinical appropriateness has been confirmed by a qualified professional.
4. Arrival Time
Patients are requested to arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check-in, documentation, and preparation.
Late arrival may result in:
Reduced treatment time
Rescheduling of the appointment
Cancellation if the delay significantly impacts clinic operations
This helps maintain fairness and efficiency for all patients.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to:
Cancellation fees
Deduction from prepaid sessions
Forfeiture of deposits
Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
In such cases:
Deposits may be forfeited
Prepaid sessions may be deducted
Future appointments may require full advance payment
This policy ensures appointment availability for other patients.
7. Deposits & Advance Payments
Certain procedures require a deposit or full prepayment to confirm the appointment. Patients will be informed at the time of booking if this applies.
Deposits are generally non-refundable in the event of:
Late cancellation
No-show
Failure to attend the appointment
However, they may be applied toward rescheduled appointments when adequate notice is provided.
8. Treatment Eligibility
All treatments are subject to medical evaluation. Elive Clinics reserves the right to postpone or decline a procedure if it is deemed medically unsuitable or if proceeding may compromise patient safety.
9. Preparation for Your Appointment
Patients may be provided with pre-treatment instructions depending on the procedure. Following these instructions is essential to ensure safety and optimal treatment outcomes.
Failure to comply with preparation guidelines may result in rescheduling of the appointment.
10. Consent & Documentation
Prior to treatment, patients must complete all required medical forms and sign an informed consent document outlining the risks, benefits, and alternatives associated with the procedure.
Treatment cannot proceed without completed documentation.
11. Minors
Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Consent from the guardian is required before any consultation or treatment is performed.
12. Chaperone Requests
Patients may request a chaperone for consultations or treatments where appropriate. Elive Clinics will accommodate such requests whenever possible to ensure patient comfort and privacy.
13. Pricing & Payment
Treatment fees will be communicated prior to the procedure. Full or partial payment may be required before services are rendered.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by the clinic.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
14. Refunds
Consultation fees are typically non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Payments for treatments are generally non-refundable after the procedure has been performed. Any exceptions will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
15. Treatment Packages
Packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions may expire unless otherwise stated.
Packages are non-transferable unless approved by clinic management.
16. Post-Treatment Responsibility
Patients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their practitioner. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may affect treatment results and recovery.
Additional treatments required due to non-compliance may incur separate charges.
17. Patient Conduct
Elive Clinics is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to individuals displaying disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
