7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees, deduction from prepaid packages, or forfeiture of deposits.
8. Deposits & Prepayments
Certain treatments may require a deposit or advance payment to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-transferable without prior approval and may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
9. Refund Policy
Payments made for treatments and packages are generally non-refundable once services have been provided. 10. Treatment Packages
